Jacob Kaufman will be discussing estate planning, administration and issues that could give rise to litigation in this pandemic.

Jacob Kaufman was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011. Prior to joining de VRIES LITIGATION LLP, he worked at one of the world’s largest law firms in the areas of estate and commercial litigation.

Jacob litigates will challenges, dependent support claims, guardianship applications, power of attorney disputes, contested passings of account and other estate/trust litigation matters. He has appeared before various levels of court, including the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
