Our meetings normally take place on the 2nd Tuesday evening of every month between September and May at Liuna Station, 360 James Street North, 2nd Floor, Hamilton, Ontario at the corner of James Street North and Murray.
A typical agenda is:
- 5:30 p.m. Social Period
- 6:00 p.m. Dinner
- 6:45 p.m. Presentation
- 7:30 p.m. Adjourn
The cost of the dinner is included in your annual membership fees; a cash bar is available for drinks.
As an EPC member, you may invite a guest to any of our meetings. This is an important way for us to meet potential new members. Guests may attend up to three meetings before making a decision about joining as a member.
The cost is $50.00 per guest payable to the Estate Planners’ Council of Hamilton.
By inviting a guest, you assume responsibility for payment of their fees.
