January EPC Meeting – Eric N. Hoffstein – “Remedies Against Misbehaving Trustees”

Eric N. Hoffstein, TEP of Fogler, Rubinoff LLP will be speaking on “Remedies Against Misbehaving Trustees”.

• What are the limits of trustee discretionary powers
• Busting the trust
• What can the courts do (and what can’t they do)?
As for questions, he is happy for you to interrupt me with any questions as they come up. I hope to make this presentation as useful as possible to the EPC members and I find that questions can help focus the discussion on what matters most to the attendees.
